Interior Ministry police on Tuesday arrested a dozen foreign nationals suspected of operating an illegal prostitution ring of massage parlours in Phnom Penh’s Por Senchey district.
Major Sok Vibol, an officer with the ministry’s anti-human trafficking and juvenile protection department, yesterday said police arrested 10 masseuses and two managers at about 5pm after police raided the two massage parlours in Chom Chao II commune.
Maj Vibol said police had monitored the shops and followed the suspects for about one week. He said customers paid between $50 and $100 in exchange for sex services.

Maj Vibol said that after a case was built, police reported their findings to court prosecutor Keo Sothea.
“They’re foreigners. They operated illegal prostitution in the city, and it impacted our culture,” he said. “They were not afraid of our laws.”
He noted that the owners of the massage parlours, managed to escape arrest.
“The Chinese and Taiwanese nationals were arrested after police raided their shops, while two Chinese bosses, a man and a woman, fled the shops before the raid,” Maj Vibol added. “Police are searching for them in order to bring them to be punished by the law.”
He added that after the raid, police seized five passports, a dozen mobile phones, a guestbook, and used and unused condoms.

Maj Vibol noted that the 10 masseuses were sent to the General Immigration Department to be deported, while the managers, 45-year-old Tsai Yao Teng and 35-year-old Zhou Yonglin, have been sent to the anti-human trafficking and juvenile protection department to be questioned.
He said the two are accused of procurement of prostitute and could be jailed to up to five years if convicted.
Lieutenant General Pol Phiethey, the Head of Anti Human Trafficking and Juvenile Protection Department in Ministry of Interior, could not be reached for comment yesterday.

아마 캄보디아 현지여자들이 너무 까맣고 왜소해서 호불호가 갈리는거 때문에 그런거 같네요
실제로 캄보디아 가서 처자데리고 뭘 하려고해도 그 까무잡잡함에 입맛떨어지는 경우가 많았던거 같아요
짱계들 어디구석이던지 바퀘벌레같이 기어들어가서 자리를 잡고 돈이 된다 싶으면 종족들을 하나씩 불러서 지들 구역 만들고 지구상 쓰레기들
독일도 중국애들이 가서 저가 시장은 3만원대로 만들어놨다잖아요.
아마 외국인이 많이 오는 관광지나 핫플레이스 같은곳에서 일했겠죠. 캄보디아 현지 남자를 상대로 몸팔았을 가능성은 제로에 가깝네요.

근데 조선족 애들( + 짱깨)이 한국여권(귀화/위조) 가지고 영미권 나라 가서 열심히(?) 일한다는 얘기 들은 적 있네요(캐나다 이민간 친구한테 들은 썰).
당연히 현지 언론에 최초 보도될 때는 한국여자로 보도된다능 ~ 하루빨리 전자여권으로 바뀌어야 할 듯 ~

캄보디아 여자들 피부색이 그렇게 까만가요? 까만색이면 벗겨놓아도 성욕이 안 생기긴 하던데.
역시 시각적인 효과는 무시 못하네요.
